Kenneth E. Baker is the principal assistant deputy administrator for NNSA's Office of Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation.  Prior to the creation of the NNSA in March 2000, Baker held the position of Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary and Principal Deputy Director of the Department of Energy’s nonproliferation office. read bio>
