The Office of Emergency Management assists the NNSA and Department of Energy sites in integrating Department of Homeland Security initiatives into the NNSA Emergency Management System (EMS).  This program provides NNSA headquarters coverage for emerging presidential directives and assistance with resolving related emergency management issues and concerns that may not be available locally.  This program disseminates lessons learned and best EMS management practices.
