National Nuclear Security Administration

10-Year Site Plan

NNSA manages the Ten-Year Site Plan (TYSP) process.  NNSA's site offices create TYSPs to provide the foundation for NNSA complex-wide facilities and infrastructure strategic planning and the cornerstone of ongoing efforts to restore, rebuild and revitalize the complex.  The TYSP focuses management attention on current and future real property needs at each site including tenant activities at multi-program sites. The TYSPs provide sites with the tools and process to:

  • Describe the future requirements and needs for facilities and infrastructure consistent with Complex Transformation;
  • Manage within headquarters direction and resource allocation; and
  • Propose and prioritize how they intend to manage their facilities and infrastructure.
